Our general maintenance services:
- Hose down of exterior of house
- Cobweb removal
- External windows
- Pressure washing
- Garage clean; Walls, floors and any cupboards included
- Cleaning of outdoor entertainment areas including balconies, decks and BBQ areas
Our gardening services:
- Lawn mowing
- Edging
- Weeding
- Pruning and tidying of trees, bushes, and shrubs
- Tree and stump removal
- Re-level yard, including filling holes and flattening out surface
- Laying and removing turf
- Garden bed installation
Please reach out to us today for a free quote. Please note quotes include pricing for skip bin hire for waste removal, and machine hire for landscaping, if applicable.
Bookings requiring machine or skip hire will require a minimum of 24 hours notice and a 50% deposit.
Any cancellations of less than 48 hours notice will incur a fee of 50% of your initial quote. An invoice will be provided upon  completion of the job for the outstanding amount owed.
Standard Inclusions
We have a standard offering to keep it simple. All of our airbnb cleans include the following items and we offer a range of optional extras for an additional fee to give your house that extra shine.
Whole house clean
This includes Bathrooms, Kitchen and Laundry areas
Restocking amenities
Restocking of bathroom, kitchen amenities such as soap, conditioner, shampoo, tea, coffee and sugar
Restaging Rooms
We ensure your rooms are presented exactly how you like them.
Bathrooms Cleaned
Clean of bathroom areas including toilet, bath/shower, vanity, sinks and general bathroom areas
Linen & Laundry Service
Beds stripped, remade. Towels and Linen replaced. Dirty linen and towels taken to be laundered and returned on next clean
Kitchen Cleaned
Clean of kitchen areas including oven, rangehood, stove top, microwave, dishwasher, fridge clean out. Dishwasher emptied and dishes done if required.
Rubbish removal
Bins emptied and taken out
Vacuum
